What is the EC Rewards Program?
It’s our way of thanking you for supporting Eclectic Creations. Earn points while you shop and redeem them for savings on future orders.
How do I join?
Simply create an account on our website. Joining is free!
How do I earn points?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Can I earn points for reviews?
Yes! Earn 200 points when you leave a review on our website.
Can I earn points by tagging EC on Instagram?
Yes. Tag @eclecticcreationsllc in your post and earn 200 points once it is verified.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your EC account, open the Rewards section, and choose the reward you would like to redeem. A discount code will be generated for you to use at checkout.
What are the reward options?
Points Reward Minimum Purchase
100 points----$1 off $25
200 points----$2 off $35
500 points----$5 off $50
1,000 points---$10 off $75
2,000 points---$20 off $100
Is there a minimum purchase required to use reward points?
Yes. Each reward level has a minimum purchase requirement. For example, to redeem 500 points for $5 off, your order subtotal must be at least $50 before shipping and taxes.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account on the EC website and open the Rewards section to view your available points.
Can I use reward points with a sale or discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Reward discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do my reward points expire?
Your points do not expire as long as long as your rewards account remains active.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
No. Points are linked to your personal EC Rewards account and cannot be transferred.
Can I use points for shipping?
Points can be redeemed toward eligible product purchases, not shipping charges.
Do I need to be logged in to earn or redeem points?
Yes. Please log in to your EC account before placing your order so points are added correctly and can be redeemed.
Are points earned on the order total or product subtotal?
Points are earned on eligible product purchases. Shipping charges, taxes, and gift cards are not included.
When will points appear in my account?
Points are usually added after your order is completed. Please allow a little time for your balance to update.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
No. Only one reward discount code may be used per order.
Why is my reward code not working?
Please check that you are logged in, your order meets the minimum purchase requirement, and no other discount code is already applied.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No - keep shopping, reviewing, and sharing EC on Instagram to continue earning rewards.
How do I earn points for an Instagram tag?
Post and tag @eclecticcreationsllc in your photo or story. Once it is verified, 200 points will be added to your account.
How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they use it to make their first EC purchase, both of you receive a reward.
Where can I find my referral link?
Log in to your EC Rewards account, open the Rewards section, and select Refer a Friend to copy or share your personal link.
What does my friend receive?
Your friend receives 10% off their first eligible Eclectic Creations order when they shop using your referral link.
What do I receive for referring a friend?
Once your friend completes their qualifying first order, you will receive $10 off a future EC order in your Rewards account.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes! You may share your referral link with as many friends as you’d like. Each qualifying new-customer referral can earn you a reward.
