Orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Product
If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of the receipt of your order and we will ship out a replacement at no cost. We need an image of the damaged item to make sure that we provide better service to our customers in the future.

Return policy
All sales are final, non-refundable and no exchanges.

The fees associated with your purchase will appear on your statement through the identifier "Eclectic Creations LLC"

All our products are made with the highest quality natural and skin safe ingredients. We recommend all our customers to do a patch test before trying any new skin care product/routine. Every individual's skin is different and reacts differently to various ingredients.

How to do a patch test? Apply the new product on your neck, behind the ear, wrist or inside of your elbow. Look for any reaction after 24-48 hours.
